Meet Tracy

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Tracy.

I don’t really believe in doing things the “expected” way — in life or in real estate. I believe in being myself, paying attention, enjoying people, and having real conversations instead of rehearsed ones.

I came to real estate after a long career in banking, where I learned the value of listening, encouraging others, and understanding what people are really trying to accomplish. Those lessons still guide how I work today.

How I Approach Real Estate

I don’t believe in pressure.

I don’t believe in scripts.

And I don’t believe in pretending real estate decisions are simple.

What I do believe in is talking things through honestly, asking good questions, and giving people space to decide what feels right for them.

I’m here to offer perspective, not push.

A Little About Me

I enjoy people. I enjoy conversation. I enjoy noticing the little details others sometimes skip.

Northwest Florida is both my professional playground and the place I go to recharge — usually with long walks on the beach and a little space to think.

I don’t dress corporate.
I don’t think corporate.
And I don’t try to fit into a mold.

I just show up as myself.

Why I Created Time to Talk to Tracy

I created my blog, Time to Talk to Tracy, because real estate deserves more conversation and less performance.

It’s a place where I share perspective, questions, observations, and thoughts — not because I have all the answers, but because good decisions usually start with good conversations.

Some posts will be practical.
Some will be reflective.
Some might surprise you.

All of them will be real.

Let’s Talk When You’re Ready

You don’t have to be ready to buy or sell to reach out.

You just have to be curious.

If you ever want to talk something through — a plan, a possibility, or a question — I’m always happy to pull up a chair.

Because sometimes, the best next step is simply…

Time to talk to Tracy.
